In the matter of the Companies Act 1933 and of Harrison's
Cavity Concrete Block Construction Company Limited (in
voluntary liquidation).

THE creditors of the above-named company are required,
on or before the 10th day of February 1956, to send
their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts or
claims, to the undersigned, the liquidator of the said company,
or if required by notice in writing from the liquidator to come
in and prove such debts or claims, or in default thereof they
will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before such debts are proved.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, and of
all other powers (if any) enabling it, the Levin Borough
Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of
principal, interest, and other charges on the Sewerage Loan
No. 6 (1955) of £38,000, first portion £3,000, authorised to
be raised by the Levin Borough Council under the above-
mentioned Act for the purpose of completing the sewerage
reticulation of the Borough of Levin, the said Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of twenty-nine four-hundredths
of a penny (29/400d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on
the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in
the Borough of Levin; and that the said special rate shall be
an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan
and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of February in
each and every year during the currency of such loan, being
a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Tauranga
Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of the
principal and interest and other charges in respect of the
Tauranga Electric Power Board Electrical Extension Loan
1955 of £100,000, authorised to be raised by the Tauranga
Electric Power Board by special order under the Local Bodies'
Loans Act 1926 for the purpose of providing additional
moneys for further reticulating the Tauranga Electric Power
District, the Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of
one-fourth (¼d.) of one penny in the pound on the rateable
value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable
property in the Tauranga Electric Power District; and that
such special rate shall be payable annually on the 1st day of
October in each and every year during the currency of such
loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the
loan is fully paid off."

We hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution passed by the Board on the 21st day of
December 1955.

OTAMATEA COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Otamatea
County Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £20,000 authorised to be raised by the
Otamatea County Council under the above-mentioned Act for
the purposes of erecting workers' dwellings and county depots,
the said Otamatea County Council hereby makes and levies
a special rate of two-fifths of a penny in the pound upon the
rateable unimproved value of all rateable property of the
County of Otamatea; and that such special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and
be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and
every year during the currency of such loan, being a period
of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

300 (1) of the Companies Act 1933 the following resolution
was passed as a special resolution on the 7th day of Novem-
ber 1955:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr
Arthur Stanley Winger, of Kaikohe, be and is hereby
appointed liquidator."
