Crown Land Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residence) in Block IX, Whakatane Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 13Β·4 perches.
Being Section 38, Block IX, Whakatane Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 36362.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of June 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for police purposes, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 roods.
Being Sections 7 and 9.
Situated in Block XXV, Town of Cheviot (formerly Town of Mackenzie).
All certificate of title, Volume 158, folio 175, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of June 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 roods 39Β·7 perches.
Being Lots 207, 208, and 209, D.P. 42513. Part certificate of title, Volume 1300, folio 20, Auckland Land Registry.
