Crown Land Set Apart for Post and Telegraph Purposes
(Residence) in the Borough of Upper Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 25·71 perches.
Being Lot 17, D.P. 18564, being part Section 116, Hutt District.
Situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt. Part certificate of title, Volume 513, folio 77, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of June 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of July 1956.
