Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Altering the Boundaries of the Manawatu Catchment District

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, and the Local Government Commission Act 1953, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby alters the boundaries of the Manawatu Catchment District, as constituted by Order in Council dated the 11th day of August 1943 and published in Gazette, 12 August 1943, Vol. II, page 973, by including in such boundaries the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
AREAS INCLUDED IN THE MANAWATU CATCHMENT DISTRICT
All that portion of the County of Hutt bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the boundary of the Manawatu Catchment District (as described in the Order in Council published in Gazette, 12 August 1943, Vol. II, page 973) with the north-eastern boundary of Ngarara West C Section 7, situated in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District; thence north-westerly and south-westerly along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of the said Ngarara West C Section 7 to the easternmost corner of Ngarara West A Section 52; thence north-westerly and south-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of that section and the eastern side of the Levin-Paekakariki State Highway to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Subdivision 3, Ngarara West A Section 51; thence north-westerly across the said highway to and along the north-eastern boundary of that section to the south-eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence south-westerly along the boundary of that railway to the northern-most point of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 12776 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence north-westerly along a right line to the angle near the middle of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2 as shown on the plan numbered 4319 deposited as aforesaid, and along a right line to Ratanui Road at a point 1308.1 links from the westernmost corner of Lot 2 aforesaid; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern side of that road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 29 as shown on the plan numbered 16144 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-westerly across the said Ratanui Road, to and along the south-western boundary of Lot 29 aforesaid and its production to a point distant 2000 links from the north-western side of that road; thence south-westerly along a right line to the northernmost corner of Section 1, Tikotu Settlement, situated in Block III, Kapiti Survey District; thence north-westerly and north-easterly along the south-western and north-western boundaries of Section 1s, Ngarara Settlement, to the southern-most corner of Lot 122 as shown on the plan numbered 14488 lodged in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence north-westerly generally along the south-western and north-western boundaries of the said Lot 122 to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 110 as shown on the said plan numbered 14488, across Maxwell Road, and along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 110 and Lot 100 as shown on the plan numbered 17950 deposited as aforesaid, to and across Frances Road and along the south-western boundaries of Lot 85 as shown on the said plan numbered 17950 and Lot 75 as shown on the plan numbered 14010 deposited as aforesaid, to and across Percival Road and along
the south-western boundary of Lot 62 as shown on the said plan numbered 14010 to the westernmost corner of that lot; thence south-westerly and north-westerly generally along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Lot 4 as shown on the plan numbered 17327 deposited as aforesaid to the easternmost corner of Lot 3 as shown on the plan numbered 17328 deposited as aforesaid; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of the said Lot 3 and the south-western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1 as shown on that plan to Manly Street at the westernmost corner of the said Lot 1; thence along a right line across Manly Street to the southernmost corner of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 13030 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of that lot and its production to the sea coast; thence north-easterly generally along the sea coast to a point in the middle of the mouth of the Waikanae River, being a point on the boundary of the Manawatu Catchment District aforesaid; thence south-easterly generally along the boundary of the said Manawatu Catchment District to its intersection with the north-eastern boundary of Ngarara West C Section 7, being the point of commencement.

Authorising the Laying Off of Streets Off Suburb Street in the Borough of Queenstown, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of June 1956
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Queenstown Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street first described in the Schedule hereto at a width of 66ft., but not less than 50ft., and the proposed street secondly described in the said Schedule at a width for part of its length of less than 66ft., but not less than 40ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 10 to 35 (both inclusive) of a subdivision of land fronting the said streets as shown on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of 15ft. from the side lines of the said streets.
SCHEDULE
That proposed street in the Otago Land District, Borough of Queenstown, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 5.3 perches, more or less, being part Section 32, Block XX, Shotover Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 68, folio 263, Otago Land Registry.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and the said borough containing by admeasurement 39.5 perches, more or less, being part Section 32, Block XX, Shotover Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 68, folio 263, Otago Land Registry.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150614 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
