Land Held for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Takapuna Set Apart for Road [L.S.] C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1956.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 roods 2Β·8 perches. Being Lot 16, D.P. 41132. Part certificate of title, Volume 659, folio 275, Auckland Land Registry. Situated in the Borough of Takapuna.

BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1956.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood 37Β·1 perches. Being Lots 47 and 48, D.P. Land Taken, Together With Certain Rights and Subject to Building-line Restrictions, for State Housing Purposes in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District. [L.S.] C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the drainage and incidental rights over part Lot 33, D.P. 6983, and the right to deposit spoil and other rights over another part of the said Lot 33 reserved by memorandum of transfer No. 85986, Taranaki Land Registry, and subject to the building-line restrictions contained in W. 6609 and W. 8462, Taranaki Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1956.

NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lots 14 and 15, D.P. 43329, to the agreement as to fencing contained in memorandum of transfer No. 567485, subject as to Lot 3, D.P. 43328, and Lots 6 to 15 (both inclusive), D.P. 43329, to the building-line restriction contained in Notice K. 55913, and subject as to Lot 5, D.P. 43328, and Lots 6 to 10 (both inclusive), D.P. 43329, to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 567989, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1956.

BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1956.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods. Being Sections 10 and 11. Situated in Block V, Domett Township. All certificates of title, Volume 229, folio 204, and Volume 234, folio 102, Canterbury Land Registry.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood. Being part Section 89, Masterton Small Farm Settlement. Situated in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District. (S.O. 23555.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150579 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
