A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an agricultural experimental area; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 6 acres 2 roods 36 perches.

Being Section 7, Block VI, Kairanga Survey District. (S.O. 23006.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public domain described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a gravel pit, is hereby set apart for a main highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 3 roods 31·3 perches.

Being Section 1, Block IV, Town of Frankton. Balance of the land in Proclamation No. 5509, Otago Land Registry, Otago R.D.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123767 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
