DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
THE partnership between Messrs R. J. McCONNELL and I. L. GILMOUR as Public Accountants carried on under the name of McConnell, Gilmour, and Co., is dissolved as from 1 June 1956, and Mr McConnell will be retiring from practice.
Mr Ian L. Gilmour will be carrying on the practice of his profession as Public Accountant at 64 Dixon Street, Wellington.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
In the matter of the Companies Act 1953, and in the matter of W. E. Gascoigne Limited (in voluntary liquidation), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at The Strand, Blenheim.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of the above-named company held on 1 June 1956, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily and that J. R. NAYSMITH, Public Accountant, of Blenheim, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”
Notice to Creditors to Prove
The liquidator of the above-named company doth hereby fix the 30th day of June 1956 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

THE liquidator of the Superb Equipment and Manufacturing Company Limited, which is being wound up (under a creditors' voluntary winding up), doth hereby fix the 27th day of June 1956 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

I, THOMAS FREDERICK BASIRE, General Manager of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited, do solemnly and sincerely declare:
- That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the capital of the company is £106,250, divided into 25,000 shares of £4 5s.
- That the number of shares issued is 25,000.
- That calls to the amount of 20s. (twenty shillings) per share have been made under which the sum of £25,000 has been received.
- That the amount of moneys received on account of estates under administration during the six months ended 31 March 1956 is £1,210,443 10s. 6d.
- That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates under administration during the six months ended 31 March 1956 is £1,150,705 9s. 2d.
- That the amount of the balance held to the credit of estates under administration during the six months ended 31 March 1956 is £346,507 5s. 10d.
- That the liabilities of the company on the 1st day of April last owing to sundry persons by the company were: On judgment, nil; on specialty, nil; on notes or bills, nil; on simple contracts, £584,133 11s. 7d.; on estimated liabilities, nil.
- That the assets of the company on that date were: Government securities, £5,000; other securities, £388,349 6s. 6d.; bills of exchange and promissory notes, nil; cash on deposit and at bank, £253,721 14s. 9d.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act 1927.
