with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the
Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

City of Lower Hutt and to be Under the Control and
Management of the Lower Hutt City Council

Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby orders and declares that the access ways described in
the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order
in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Lower Hutt, and be under the control and management of the Lower Hutt City Council.

URSUANT to section 53 of the Harbours Act 1950, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby authorises the Lyttelton Harbour Board to invest out
of the loan repayment account established pursuant to the
Lyttelton Harbour Board Loan and Empowering Act 1955,
the sum of £16,000 in debentures of the Christchurch Fire
Board Cranford Street Fire Station Loan 1956.
