Station Wairapukao in Block VI, Weao Survey District; thence southerly along a straight line to Trig. Station Ngapuketura in Block VI, Heruiwi Survey District; thence along the eastern boundary of Lot 9 on Deposited Plan No. 21389, Auckland Registry, to its southernmost corner; thence easterly along a straight line, passing through Trig. Station 4 in Block VII, Heruiwi Survey District, to its intersection with a straight line between Trig. Station F (Tiritiri) and Trig Station B (Pukeroa); thence southerly along the said straight line to Trig. Station B aforesaid in Block XI, Heruiwi Survey District; thence easterly generally along a straight line to Trig. Station Te Taumutu and a straight line to the point of intersection of straight lines between Trig. Stations Tawhiuau and 69 (Tataraokino), and from the northern point of Lake Waikaremoana passing through a point 180 chains due north of Trig. Station Maungataniwha; thence south-easterly from the said point of intersection along a straight line to a point in the middle of the Te Hoe River in line with the south-western boundary of Heruiwi No. 4 block; thence down the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Tataraokino Block; thence along the northern boundary of that block to and down the middle of the Waipunga River, to and along the northern boundary of Tarawera Block, the northern and western boundaries of Umupapamaro Block, the western boundary of Tarawera Block aforesaid, and the northern boundaries of Te Matai Block to the Mohaka River; thence up the middle of that river and the middle of the Oamaru River to and along the south-eastern boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1a Block to the Ngaruroro River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the western boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1a Block; thence to and along the said western boundary to Trig. Station 41 (Maungaorangi); thence south-westerly along a straight line to Trig. Station 4 (Pikiawatea); thence northerly generally along a straight line to Trig Station 1123 (Ahipaepae) in Block XIV, Waitahanui Survey District, along the western boundaries of Kaimanawa No. 1e Block, Te Whakao Block, and Pahikohuru Block and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Hinemaiaia Stream; thence down that stream to the eastern shore of Lake Taupo; thence due west along a straight line to its intersection with a straight line from Te Rangawha Point in Block III, Tokaanu Survey District, to Rangatira Point; thence north-easterly along that straight line to a point due south of Te Kahui Point, being the point of commencement.”

Revoking Parts of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of Portions of the Wellington-Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of August 1925 and published in Gazette, 13 August 1925, Volume II, page 2409, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1544, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier railway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a gravel pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of June 1956.
