with the Social Security (Medical Benefits) Regulations 1941*

The notice dated 29 February 1956, published in the Gazette
of 8 March 1956, No. 13, at page 317, relating to special
arrangements for the residents of the district described in the
Schedule thereto, is hereby cancelled.

MANGAKINO SPECIAL AREA
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District comprising
portions of the Counties of Matamata, Taupo, Taumarunui,
and Otorohanga, bounded by a line commencing at the north-
western corner of Block XIII, Patetere South Survey District,
and proceeding south-easterly along a right line to Trig.
Station 1001, Whakamaru, in Block VIII, Whakamaru Survey
District; thence south-westerly along a right line to the mouth
of the Waihora Stream on Lake Taupo; thence south-westerly
along a right line to Trig. Station 2017, Hingarae, in Block II,
Karangahape Survey District; thence north-westerly along a
right line to Trig. Station 2006, Otaipuhi, in Block XVI,
Hurakia Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right
line to Trig. Station 1390, Pureora, in Block III, Hurakia
Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to Trig.
Station 1548, in Block XVI, Wharepapa Survey District; thence
north-easterly along a right line to the point of com-
mencement.

Deficiency Payments in Respect of Export Meat
PURSUANT to the Meat Export Prices Act 1955, notice
is hereby given that the deficiency payments set out in
the Schedule hereto may be made to the owners, in accord-
ance with that Act for the classes of meat specified in the
said Schedule for the week commencing on Monday, the 21st
day of May 1956.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953—Te Kaha Development Scheme
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the
date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to
the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 13
January 1932 and published in the Gazette, 21 January 1932,
Volume I, page 115.
