Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Akitio County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a public-hall site to a reserve for a public pound, and further vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Akitio, in trust, for the purpose of a public pound.
