A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

His Excellency the Administrator of the Government in Council
Pursuant to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
