A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of May 1956.

Being part Town Belt, Town of Port Chalmers.
Situated in the Borough of Port Chalmers, Otago R.D.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150271 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
