A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1956.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule here
is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 3 roods 36.4 perches.
Being part Section 116, Block XI, Aroha Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37620.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150204 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Harold Alfred Cooney, of Centre Bush, Farmer, under and by virtue of P.L. No. 657, V.H.S.S. under sections 163 and 155, Land Act 1885, Volume 150, folio 12, Southland Land Registry, is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1956.

An Easement Over Land Taken for Defence Purposes in Block II, Puniu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the First Schedule here to for defence purposes vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to use a right-of-way, with the right for Her Majesty's invitees, servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said right-of-way, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
