Land in the Wellington Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in Masterton County, containing 360 acres and 20 perches, more or less, and described as follows:

All that area containing 347 acres 3 roods 31 perches, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2 on D.P. 17727, being part of Sections 667, 669, and 672, Whareama Block, situated in Blocks VI and X, Rewa Survey District, and being part of certificate of title, Volume 230, folio 228.

Also all that area containing 12 acres and 29 perches, more or less, being Lot 3 on D.P. 17727, being part of Section 672, Whareama Block, situated in Block X, Rewa Survey District, and being part of certificate of title, Volume 608, folio 24.

As shown on plan No. 91/5 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
