Cancellation of the Vesting in the Kiwitea County Council and Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kiwitea, and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for gravel purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
