A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0·2 perch.
Being the land marked "Reserve" on D.P. 1427, being part Section 50, Hutt District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 182, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Lower Hutt.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1956.
