SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensee's generator and proceeding:
(1) In an easterly direction to the licensee's residence.
(2) Generally in a northerly direction to the Mangarakau School.
All being situated in part Section 2, Block VII, Pakawau Survey District, in the County of Collingwood, the said lines and buildings being more particularly shown on the plan marked S.H.D. 384 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the assignment to the Minister in Charge of Tourist and Health Resorts, by Graham Brothers Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1933, of the rights, powers, and privileges under an Order in Council dated the 23rd day of February 1938, and published in the Gazette on the 24th day of the same month at page 220, authorising the licensee to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use certain electric lines.

Authorising the Construction of a Motorway Between the City of Dunedin and the Borough of Mosgiel

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 44 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, at the request of the National Roads Board, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the construction of a motorway between the City of Dunedin and the Borough of Mosgiel, such motorway to commence at the Kaikorai Valley Road and to proceed via the western side of the Borough of Green Island and Saddle Hill to the Borough of Mosgiel.

The Auckland Transport District Boundaries Order 1956

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Auckland Transport District Boundaries Order 1956.
  2. The boundaries of the Auckland Transport District (as declared to be a transport district for the purposes of Part VI of the Transport Act 1949) are hereby altered for the purposes of that Part by excluding therefrom the Mangere Riding of the Manukau County as at present constituted.
  3. For the purposes of the said Part VI, the area excluded pursuant to clause 2 of this order shall cease to form part of the said Auckland Transport District and shall form part of the Number Two Transport District, the boundaries of which are hereby altered accordingly.
