HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the access way described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Whangarei and be under the control and management of
the Whangarei Borough Council.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 27 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 17th day of
September 1947, published in Gazette, 18 September 1947,
Volume III, page 1344, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Christchurch as No. 2282, authorising the laying off,
inter alia, of Smitberam Street, in the Borough of Ashburton,
by varying the condition as to the building line imposed by
the said Order in Council so that no building or part of a
building shall at any time be erected on Lots 30 and 31,
D.P. 13573, being parts Rural Section 8767, Borough of
Ashburton, being the land comprised and described in certifi-
cates of title, Volume 514, folio 16, and Volume 546, folio
63, Canterbury Registry, within a distance of 35 ft. from the
centre line of the said street.
