PURSUANT to section 207 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes an Order in Council made on 4 April 1932 and published in Gazette, 7 April 1932, page 737, and affecting Waipapa No. 1A and other blocks.

Varying an Order in Council Prohibiting Alienation of Maori Land

PURSUANT to section 254 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby varies the Order in Council made on 11 April 1932 and published in the Gazette, 14 April 1932, Vol. I, page 761, and affecting the Kaimanawa 1E 2B and other blocks, by excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 254 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby varies an Order in Council made on 1 May 1933 and published in Gazette, 4 May 1933, page 1221, prohibiting all alienations of Maori land known as Taurewa 4 East A No. 1 and other blocks, other than alienations in favour of the Crown, by excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the common use and benefit of those members of the Ngati Kahungunu tribe resident in the Wairarapa district as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a meeting place.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the common use and benefit of the Ngatitara hapu of the Taranaki tribe as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a marae and meeting place.
