Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Lines of the Avondale–Onehunga–Southdown Railway in Block 1, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of July 1952 and published in the Gazette of that year at page 1175, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13576, in so far as it affects Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 37335, being portion of Allotments 6 and 8, Section 16, Town of Onehunga, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1111, folio 25, Auckland Registry; also part Lot 2, D.P. 21247, being portion of Allotments 4 and 6, Section 16, Town of Onehunga, containing 36·2 perches, and being the balance of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1016, folio 228, Auckland Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of March 1956.

Licensing Hubert Victor Albertson to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Half-moon Bay, Stewart Island, as a Site for a Stacking Stage

At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of March 1956
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits Hubert Victor Albertson (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Half-moon Bay, Stewart Island, as shown on approved plan marked M.D. 6423 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a stacking stage as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds (£2) and the annual sum so payable six pounds (£6).
- The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of February 1956.

Revoking an Order in Council Authorising the Waitomo County Council to Construct and Maintain a Tramway at Mangapeehi

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Tramways Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 19th day of March 1941, authorising the Waitomo County Council to construct, maintain, and use a tramway extending from Mangapeehi to subdivisions of the Rangitoto Tuhua No. 36 and Maraeroa Blocks in the County of Waitomo.

Declaring an Access Way to be Vested in the Corporation of the Borough of Waipukurau and to be Under the Control and Management of the Waipukurau Borough Council

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waipukurau, and be under the control and management of the Waipukurau Borough Council.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the access way dealt with: 8·3 perches. Being Lot 55, D.P. 8119, and being part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 105, folio 274, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry. Situated in the Borough of Waipukurau.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Raglan County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped: 3 roods 31·4 perches. Adjoining or passing through Allotments 77, 78, and 79, Pirongia Parish. Situated in Block XVI, Alexandra Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37188.) In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149612 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
