A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby resume the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149769 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
