In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, and in the matter of Motueka Cool Storage Company Limited, Port Motueka.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of shareholders held at St. Thomas' Hall, Motueka, on Saturday, 10 March 1956, a special resolution was passed:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that A. F. Webley, of Motueka, Secretary, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 6th day of March 1956, the following special resolutions were duly passed:
"1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
"2. That Mr D. de Mouncey, Public Accountant, of Newmarket, be appointed liquidator of the company."

CAMBRIDGE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Water Supply Supplementary Loan 1955, £3,100
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf of the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Cambridge Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £3,100 authorised to be raised by the Cambridge Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of completing extensions and improvements to the Cambridge Borough water supply, the said Cambridge Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of fd. in the pound upon the ratable value of all ratable property of the special rating area comprising the whole of the Borough of Cambridge; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each year and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I certify that the above is a true copy and a correct extract from the minutes of proceedings of the Cambridge Borough Council at a meeting hold on 7 March 1956.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 12th day of March 1956, presented to the said Court by Herbert Hughes, of Wellington, Builder; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 11th day of April 1956, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

CAMBRIDGE ENGINEERING AND IMPLEMENT COMPANY LIMITED
In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, and in the matter of Cambridge Engineering and Implement Company Limited.
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 8th day of February 1956 confirming the reduction of the capital of the abovenamed company from ten thousand pounds (£10,000) to five thousand pounds (£5,000) and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the abovementioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 16th day of March 1956.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of the company is five thousand pounds (£5,000) divided into seven thousand (7,000) ordinary shares of ten shillings (10s.) each and three thousand (3,000) preference shares of ten shillings (10s.) each. Upon any increase of capital the company is to be at liberty to issue any new shares with any preferential, deferred, qualified, or special rights, privileges, or conditions attached thereto."

"Resolved that the company go into voluntary liquidation and that Owen Russell Cooper, Public Accountant, of Huntly, be appointed liquidator."
