HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Pursuant to section 53 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Wellington Harbour Board to invest in debentures of the loans shown in the first column of the Schedule hereto, out of its funds shown in the second column of the Schedule hereto, the sums shown in the third column of the Schedule hereto.

Licensing A. E. Grey to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Stockyard Bay, Kawau Island, as a Site for a Wharf

At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of February 1956
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits A. E. Grey (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Stockyard Bay, Kawau Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9997 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

  1. The licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the Ist day of February 1956.
  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
  4. The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said wharf shall discharge all such ballast above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

    Licensing Owen Garth Woolley to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore in the Tamaki River as a Site for a Jetty

    At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of February 1956
    Present:
    HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
    Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits Owen Garth Woolley (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark in the Tamaki River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10024 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a jetty thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
    SCHEDULE
  5. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  6. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable seven pounds (£7).
  7. The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of February 1956.
