Additional Land Taken for a Technical School in the City of Hamilton

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1956.

Situated in the City of Hamilton.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the proviso and agreement as to fencing contained in transfer No. 71652, Wellington Land Registry, and to the rights as to drainage reserved by the said transfer, and the land secondly described in said Schedule, subject to the drainage right reserved by transfer No. 71153, and to the provisions and agreement as to fencing contained in the said transfer, and the land thirdly described in the said Schedule, are hereby taken for a university college; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the benefit of the easement appurtenant to the land first described created by memorandum of transfer No. 138003 (Canterbury Land Registry), is hereby taken, together with the benefit of the aforesaid easement, for broadcasting purposes (studio site); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 19·1 perches. Being part Lot 1, D.P. 9653, being part Hoe-o-Tainui North 6B 2B. Situated in Block XII, Hapuakohe Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37586.) In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149416 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation No. 327851, Canterbury Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line, for State housing purposes; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1956.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for State housing purposes: 25 acres and 19 perches. Being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 9332, being part Rural Section 330; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for road: 25·4 perches. Being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 9332, being part Rural Section 330; coloured orange. All situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8903.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149405 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
