Portion of a Public Reserve Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block VIII, Rotoma Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 1 rood 15·4 perches.
Being part Section 3A, Block VIII, Rotoma Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37502.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148715 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of February 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 35·2 perches.
Being Section 85, Block XVI, Otamatea Survey District, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of February 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (radio station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1956.
