Determination of Licensing Authority to Grant or Otherwise to Exercise Jurisdiction in Respect of Specified Transport Licences

Pursuant to section 99 (3) of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby determines that the No. 2 Transport Licensing Authority shall have jurisdiction to grant or otherwise to exercise jurisdiction in respect of the applications for the transport licences specified in the Schedule hereto.
