Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in Canterbury Land
District
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for a
rifle range over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

RESERVE 276, situated in the Borough of Lyttelton: Area, 10
acres, more or less.
Also part Rural Section 258, situated in the Borough of
Lyttelton: Area, 15 acres, more or less.

subject to a right of way.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Otago Land District
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a
site for a public hall to a reserve for recreation purposes.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the
Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that
the provisions of clause (1) of Regulation 7 of the said
regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade
motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned,
but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1940 to the person described in Column 1 of the
Schedule hereunder may authorize him to drive a heavy trade
motor in the course of his employment for the employer
described in Column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not
authorize him while he is under the age of eighteen years to
drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

right-of-way and Railway Rights granted by Memorandum of
Transfer No. 176236, Otago Land Registry, and subject as to
part (Railway Place D.P. 97) to any rights-of-way thereover
of the owners and occupiers for the time being of Lots on
D.P. 97, and subject as to part to the right-of-way and Rail-
way Rights reserved by the said Memorandum of Transfer
No. 176236 to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land
Act 1948, together with and subject to the aforesaid rights
as from the 14th day of February 1955.
