NOTICE is hereby given that “Wilson & Fiddymont Limited” has changed its name to “S. K. Wilson Limited”, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.

HUNTLY BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pensioners’ Flats Loan 1955—£7,500
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf, by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Huntly Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of seven thousand five hundred pounds (£7,500), authorized to be raised by the Huntly Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting pensioners’ flats, the said Huntly Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal two four (0·24) pence in the pound upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Huntly; and such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable on the first day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

BOROUGH OF ONE TREE HILL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Great South Road Loan 1955, £58,000
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the One Tree Hill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £58,000, authorized to be raised by the One Tree Hill Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing for the cost of reconstructing, strengthening, and improving the Great South Road, the said One Tree Hill Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of two decimal one two pence (2·12d.) in the pound (£) (on the basis of the annual value) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of One Tree Hill, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

INGLEWOOD COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Extract from the minutes of the Inglewood County Council in respect of a meeting held by the Council on the 12th day of December 1955.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Inglewood County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £10,000, authorized to be raised by the Inglewood County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making advances to farmers for the erection of dwellings under the Rural Housing Act 1939, such loan being called the ‘Rural Housing Loan, No. 3, 1955,’ the said Inglewood County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal two thousand seven hundred and sixty-one pence (0·2761d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Inglewood County; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the appropriate day of the month (corresponding with the date upon which such loan is uplifted) in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of such as may be agreed upon to equal the repayment of the sum of all amounts which are loaned to farmers by agreements entered into by the various farmers to whom the loan moneys have been advanced, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
We hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Inglewood County Council held in the Council Chambers, Bata Street, Inglewood, on the 12th day of December 1955, and as appearing in the minutes of such meeting.

“That the company be wound up and that Noel Barclay, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company; and further take notice that a meeting of creditors of the said company will be held at 10 a.m. on the 22nd day of December 1955 at the offices of Messrs Kirk, Barclay, and Co., Public Accountants, Argus House, High Street, Auckland, to confirm the said appointment of Noel Barclay as liquidator of the company.”

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion, and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand. The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
