MALVERN ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING AND LEVYING SECURITY RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Body Loans Act 1926, and all other powers enabling it thereto, the Malvern Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
‘‘That, for the purpose of providing the interest, repayment of principal, and other charges on a loan of £20,000 authorized to be raised by the Malvern Electric Power Board under the provision of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925 and amendments, the Electric Power Boards Act 1947, and the Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act 1951, for the purpose of providing moneys for the further reticulation of the Board’s District, the Malvern Electric Power Board makes and levies a special rate of nine one-hundredths of a penny (9/100d.) in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property in the Malvern Electric Power District; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable yearly on the 16th day of January in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of ten years, or until the loan is fully paid off.’’

MACKENZIE COUNTY COUNCIL
RURAL HOUSING LOAN (1943), £5,000
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926 and the Rural Housing Act 1939, the Mackenzie County Council hereby resolves as follows:
‘‘That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £5,000 authorized to be raised by the Mackenzie County Council under the above-mentioned Act for rural housing, the said Mackenzie County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·014 pence upon the rateable capital value of all rateable property of the County of Mackenzie; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, payable half-yearly during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.’’
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Mackenzie County Council at a meeting of the said Council held on the 4th day of November 1955.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 18th day of November 1955 the following special resolution was passed:
‘‘Resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr E. S. Heys, Public Accountant, of Tauranga, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.’’

BOROUGH OF PUTARURU
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Putaruru Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
‘‘That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £5,000 authorized to be raised by the Putaruru Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing water filtration plant and fencing material for the War Memorial Baths, the said Putaruru Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal three five pence (0·35d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the whole of the Borough of Putaruru; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.’’

PUTARURU BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Putaruru Borough Council, at its meeting held on the 2nd day of November 1955, has resolved to prepare for the Putaruru Borough a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.
Proposals marked ‘‘Putaruru District Scheme’’ should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk’s Office on or before the 8th day of February 1956.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act 1924, the Public Works Act 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts, and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work, namely, for a street at Torwood Road, in the City of Wellington, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said City, and is there open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of such land, should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said Office.

ALL that piece of land situate in the City of Wellington containing by admeasurement one and fourteen one-hundredths perches (1·14 pchs.), more or less, being part of Section 1, Porirua District, being part of Lot 17 on Deposited Plan No. 2834, and being the land more particularly shown on S.O. Plan 22559, and thereon coloured orange.
