ALL that area in Block X, Tapapa Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the north-eastern side of the Piarere-Kaimai Main Highway at the western corner of Lot 2, D.P. 14651, being part of Mangawhara No. 1A Block, and running north-easterly generally along the north-western boundary of that Lot and the north-western boundaries of Lot 4 and part of Lot 1 on that plan, the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 35962, the side of a public road, the western and northern boundaries of part Lot 1, D.P. 22490, to the side of a public road; thence south-easterly along a right line parallel to the northern side of the aforesaid Piarere-Kaimai Main Highway to the centre of the arm of the Mangawhero Stream intersecting Lot 2 on D.P. 27124, being part of Mangawhara No. 1A Block; thence south-westerly up the centre of the aforesaid arm, to and along the western boundary of Lot 2 on D.P. 16662, being part of Mangawhara No. 1A Block, to its most westerly angle; thence north-westerly along a right line passing through the southern corner of Lot 3 on D.P. 16378, being part of the aforesaid Mangawhara No. 1A Block to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1 on D.P. 7128, being part of the aforesaid No. 1A Block; thence north-easterly generally along the aforesaid south-eastern boundary and the south-western side of the Piarere-Kaimai Main Highway, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 2 on D.P. 14651, being part of the aforesaid No. 1A Block; thence along a right line across the said highway to the western corner of the aforesaid Lot 2, the point of commencement.

FOURTH SCHEDULE

MATAMATA COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME (TE POI SECTION)

ALL that area in Blocks VII and XI, Tapapa Survey Districts, and being part of Okauia No. 1 Block, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of part Okauia No. 1 Block on D.P. 11781, and running easterly generally along the northern boundaries of the aforesaid part Okauia No. 1 Block and a right line being its production easterly across the Te Poi-Matamata Road and Lot 2 on D.P. 11543, to the western boundary of Lot 1 on D.P. 11543 aforesaid; thence southerly along the aforesaid western boundary and its production across the Piarere-Kaimai Main Highway and Lot 1, D.P. 12910, to the northern boundary of Lot 2 on the aforesaid plan 12910; thence westerly along the aforesaid northern boundary and its production to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S.1114; thence northerly along a right line to and along the eastern boundary aforesaid, crossing the intervening Piarere-Kaimai Main Highway, to and along the western boundary of part Okauia No. 1 Block on D.P. 11781, to the point of commencement.

FIFTH SCHEDULE

MATAMATA COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME (TIRAU SECTION)

ALL that area in Block II, Patetere North Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Section 3S, Clifford Settlement, and running easterly generally along the northern boundary of the aforesaid Section 3S, and along a right line crossing the Waitoa-Tirau Main Highway and the Rotorua Branch Railway, to and along the northern boundary of part Okoroire Block on D.P. 8314 to the left bank of the Oraka Stream; thence southerly generally up the left bank aforesaid to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 25 on D.P. 5043, thence north-westerly and northerly generally along a right line, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 25 aforesaid, crossing the intervening Rotorua Branch Railway, all the aforesaid Lots being part of Okoroire Blocks, along a right line across Parapara Road, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 24, Block II, Patetere North Survey District, the north-eastern boundary of the part Okoroire Block as shown on D.P. 27220, and again along the north-eastern boundary of Section 24 aforesaid, to and along the general eastern boundary of part Section 25 of Block II aforesaid to the most westerly corner of Church Street; thence along a right line at right angles to the north-western side of the said Church Street for a distance of 500 links; thence along a right line to the south-western corner of Section 3S, Clifford Settlement, and along its western boundary to its north-western corner, the point of commencement.

SIXTH SCHEDULE

MATAMATA COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME (PUTARURU SECTION)

ALL that area in Block VI, Patetere North Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 15119, being part of Section 4, Selwyn Settlement, and running easterly generally along a right line across Overdale Road, part Lot 2, D.P. S.3171, and the Rotorua Branch Railway, to and along the northern boundary of part Section 97, Selwyn Settlement, on D.P. 18433, along another right line across another part of the aforesaid railway, to and along the northern boundary of the said Section 97 on the aforesaid D.P. 18433 to the boundary of Borough of Putaruru; thence south-westerly generally along the north-western boundary of the aforesaid Borough as described in Gazette No. 32 of the 12th day of June 1947, page 728, to the south-western side of Overdale Road; thence north-westerly generally along the south-western side aforesaid to the eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 15119, the point of commencement.

SEVENTH SCHEDULE

MATAMATA COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME (ARAPUNI SECTION)

ALL that area in Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the Waikato River in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1 of Section 31, Selwyn Settlement, and running northerly down the aforesaid right bank to the public road running south-westerly from the north-western corner of Section 60, Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District; thence easterly generally along the southern side of that road, crossing another public road, along the southern side of the public road forming the northern boundary of Sections 60 and 64, Block XII aforesaid, and Lot 2, D.P. 18442, along a right line across the Arapuni-Kihikihi Main Highway and along its southern side to the western corner of Lot 4 on D.P. 18442, being part of Section 7 of the aforesaid Block XII; thence southerly along the western boundary of the aforesaid Lot 4, and the northern and western boundary of Section 42, Block XII aforesaid, along a right line being the production of the aforesaid western boundary across Darby Road, along its south-eastern side, to and along the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the part of Section 10, Block XII aforesaid, taken for Water Power Development (Arapuni Scheme) (Gazette 1930, page 1936), and westerly along the northern boundary of Lot 1 of Section 31, Selwyn Settlement aforesaid, and along a right line being the production of that boundary to the right bank of the Waikato River, the point of commencement.
