Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in Block IX,
Cape Campbell Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 12th day of December 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2
roods.
Being Sections 1 and 2, Town of Ward, formerly part Lot
9, Block XII, Town of Ward.
Situated in Block IX, Cape Campbell Survey District. Part
certificate of title, Volume 50, folio 173, Marlborough Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 6th day of December 1955.

of Geraldine

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of
December 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1
acre 2 roods 38·3 perches.
Being Lots 1 to 9 inclusive, D.P. 16518.
Situated in the Borough of Geraldine, Canterbury R.D.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 2nd day of December 1955.

in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for the Auckland–Hamilton Motorway; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 12th day of December 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
5 acres 1 rood 30 perches.
Being part land below mean high water mark (Tamaki
River).
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland
R.D. (S.O. 39319.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148755
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 6th day of December 1955.
