Revoking the Vesting of Control and Revoking the Reservation
Over a Reserve in Canterbury Land District

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the vesting of the
control in the Selwyn County Council, and revokes the reser-
vation for gravel purposes over the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

District: Area, 1 acre and 32 perches, more or less. Part

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block IX, Mapara
Survey District, for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining
Operations Under Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed under the
provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take the land
described in the Schedule hereto for purposes incidental to
coal mining operations under Part III of the Coal Mines Act
1925; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the
land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at
Te Kuiti and is there open for inspection; and that all per-
sons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they
have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land,
set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within
forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the
Minister of Works at Wellington.
