Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Mount Herbert County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation to a reserve for a site for community buildings, and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mount Herbert, in trust, for a site for community buildings.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilized

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for a public reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Christchurch City Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the City Council shall determine, the proceeds of any such sale to be used and applied in or towards the purchase of other land for public purposes.
