Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block V, Oropuke Survey District, Chatham Islands County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:

A. R. P. Being
10 2 7·3 Part Section 2; coloured blue.
12 0 20 Part Section 3; coloured orange.

Situated in Block V, Oropuke Survey District, Wellington R.D. (S.O. 22985.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147947 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1955.

Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block V, Oropuke Survey District, Chatham Islands County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Douglas Lanauze, of Chatham Islands, Farmer, under and by virtue of Renewable Crown Lease, Volume 587, folio 195, Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Albert Tuinta, of Chatham Islands, Farmer, under and by virtue of Renewable Crown Lease, Volume 587, folio 196, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1·4 perches.

Being part Section 842, City of Nelson.

Situated in the City of Nelson, Nelson R.D. (S.O. 9919.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147590 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
