Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block IV, Moutere Survey District, Horowhenua County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated 21 July 1954, to be road.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be road: 1 acre 3 roods 10·91 perches.

Being part of Horowhenua XIB42A Block.

Situated in Block IV, Moutere Survey District. (M.L. 3726.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148692 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1955.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29.

Being part Rural Section 145, and being all the land in Proclamation No. 389995, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 24·2 perches.

Being Lots 18 and 19, D.P. 38985. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 748, folio 157, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the County of Manukau.
