Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the South Auckland Land District, ex officio,

The Mayor of Whakatane, ex officio,

The Member of the Whakatane County Council representing the Ohope Riding, ex officio,

William Frederick Denis Chapman,

Charles Campbell Gordon,

Karl Topham Hansen,

Gilbert Ernest Mahy,

James Henry Walker, and

William Daniel Ward

to be the Ohope Beach Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
