Goods classified at Class G less 33⅓ per cent will be charged at the foregoing scale, less one-third.

Any consignment of goods not exceeding 5 cwt. in weight (or 10 cubic feet in measurement, in the case of Class G goods) will be subject to an additional charge of 2s. 6d. if not prepaid.
