Authorizing the Exchange of Part of a Reserve in North Auckland Land District for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby authorizes the exchange of that part of the reserve for an agricultural and pastoral showground and public recreation ground described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Declaring Reserves to Form Part of Wainuiomata Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserves described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of the said Act, to form part of the Wainuiomata Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
