of Forbury, containing 1 rood, in the name of ARTHUR
QUINN, late of Dunedin, Tailor (deceased), having been

certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my
intention to issue such new certificate of title on 11 November

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, and of all
other powers it thereunto enabling, the New Plymouth City
Council hereby resolves:

“That, for the purpose of providing the redemption pay-
ments payable in respect of the loan of £60,000 authorized
to be raised by the Council by an Order in Council made on
the 27th day of July 1955, and published in the N.Z. Gazette
No. 50 of August 1955, at page 1222, and interest and other
charges thereon (which said loan of £60,000 is the second
issue of the Streets Improvement Loan 1953 authorized to be
raised by the Council under the above-mentioned Act by a poll
