General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare

for a gravel pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 10th day of October 1955.

the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
