A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 2·12 perches.

Being part Lot 18, D.P. 358 (Township of Hayes), being part Section 44, North East Valley Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11955.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148022 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of September 1955.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 18th day of May 1954, to be road.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be road: 12·1 perches.

Being part Te Koutu 1a No. 11 Block.

Situated in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District, Auckland R.D. (M.L. 17178.)

Adjoining part Allotment N.E. 12, part Allotment 13, on D.E. 7733, and Lot 3, D.P. 23854, being part Allotment 13, Arapohue Parish.

Situated in Block II, Tokatoka Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38561.)
