Land Taken for Road in the Borough of One Tree Hill

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 3rd day of October 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8 perches.
Being part Allotment 6, Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of
One Tree Hill, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39133.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148000
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 23rd day of September 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for
housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes
(residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 3rd day of October 1955.

Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby
Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
11·32 perches.
Being Lot 320, D.P. 8272, being part Sections 12, 14, 16,
