Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not
Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land
Act 1948 as from the 26th day of September 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared Crown land:
1 rood 19 perches.
Being land reclaimed from the sea, and being part of the
land more particularly described in the Third Schedule of
the Wellington Harbour Board Reclamation and Empowering
Act 1903 Amendment Act 1906.
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City
of Wellington. (S.O. 21090.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147913
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.
