Union of Raumati Beach and Raumati South Domains

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that on and after the 1st day of April 1955 the public domains described in the Schedules hereto shall be united to form one public domain, to be known as the Raumati Domain.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—RAUMATI BEACH DOMAIN

Lot 30, D.P. 13490, and Lot 71, D.P. 13961, being parts Sections 1, 3, and 11, Wainui District, situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District: Total area, 4 acres 2 roods 15·20 perches, more or less.

Also Lot 1, D.P. 16665, being parts Sections 2, 3, and 4, Wainui District, and part former Accretion, situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District: Area, 8 acres and 7·2 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 601, folio 21.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—RAUMATI SOUTH DOMAIN

Land Reserved in the Land District of Wellington and Vested in the Palmerston North City Council

Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in South Auckland Land District and Vesting in the Mount Maunganui Borough Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a hall site, and further, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Maunganui, in trust, for that purpose.

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton, and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a gravel pit to a reserve for a site for a hall and community centre.
