A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for
a police station, is hereby set apart for health purposes
(district nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of
September 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood.
Being part Section 78, Awanui Settlement.
Situated in Block X, Rangauu Survey District, Auckland

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day
of September 1955.

Land Taken for a Maori School, and Easements Over Land
Taken for the Purposes of a Maori School, in Block IV,
Karikari Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a Maori school; and I also hereby proclaim and
declare that easements are hereby taken for the purposes of
a Maori school over the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, full and
free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to
take water from a well situated on the land secondly described
in the Second Schedule hereto, and for that purpose to con-
struct, use, and maintain a pumphouse thereon, and to carry
out any other works that are deemed necessary by Her
Majesty the Queen to provide an unpolluted and adequate
supply of water to the said pumphouse, and, secondly, the
full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity
to convey water from the said pumphouse over the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto and for that purpose
to lay, construct, place, and maintain a line of pipes along,
under, or over the said land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, such easements to be appurtenant to the land described
in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day
of September 1955.

39·4 perches.
Being part Parakarake Block; coloured sepia, edged sepia.
