IN the notice published in Gazette, 18 August 1955, No. 54, page 1314, under the heading ‘‘Licences Issued to Wholesalers under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, Have been Cancelled’’, for the words ‘‘Apex Agencies and Co., Auckland’’, read ‘‘Apex Agencies and Co., Christchurch’’.

Crown Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.
SCHEDULE
ALL those parcels of land containing together 3 acres 2 roods 26·69 perches, more or less, being Lots 14 to 21 (inclusive), Lots 24 to 27 (inclusive), and Lots 30 to 35 (inclusive), Land Transfer Plan No. S.3358, being parts Section 5A, Block I, Tarawera Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of August 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 11 perches.
Being part Section 24, Block XI, Mimi Survey District, and being part of the land in Proclamation No. 2085, Taranaki Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of September 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (postmaster’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1955.
