A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of September 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of September 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 36 acres 1 rood 12·6 perches.

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 4909, and Lots 1 to 29 (inclusive), 108 to 137 (inclusive), and 154, D.P. 17067, being parts Rural Sections 117, 199, and 34419.

Situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8821.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147617 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of August 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of September 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8 acres 3 roods 15·7 perches.

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 34436, being part Allotment 8A, Parish of Waipareira.

Situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 884, folio 178, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of August 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 28·16 perches.

Being Lots 3, 4, and 5, D.P. 8597, being part Section 12, Porirua District, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 440, folio 140, Wellington Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of August 1955.
