the Public Trustee as executor of the will of William Leonard, late of Invercargill, Retired Farmer, is the registered proprietor, and whereas evidence has been supplied to me that the above easement has been determined or extinguished, I therefore give notice pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 that I intend to notify on the Register the determination or extinguishment of the said easement, unless objection is lodged with me on or before 25 September 1955.
