TAKE notice that on the application of the bankrupt, and upon reading an order of the Court approving a composition and a Deed of Composition for carrying the said composition into effect, and upon hearing Mr W. V. R. Fletcher, of Counsel for the bankrupt, and Mr H. G. Brodie, of Counsel for the Official Assignee, it was ordered that the Order of Adjudication, dated the 14th March 1955, against John Hocking Toms, of Motueka, Builder, be annulled.
